2.  Motion presented

MOTION by Russell Stuart that the following changes are made in respect to access to Linux Australia’s Westpac Banking accounts:

1. Remove Joshua Hesketh as signatory to all accounts.
2. Remove Julien Goodwin as signatory to all accounts.
3. Add Clinton Roy as signatory to all accounts.
4. Add Joel Addison  as signatory to all accounts.
5. John Ferlito to be removed as signatory from account XXXX
6. Debit Card’s ending in XXXX and XXXX in the name of Joshua Hesketh to be cancelled.
7. Debit Card ending in XXXX in the name of Sae Ra Germaine to be     cancelled.
8. Debit Card ending in XXXX in the name of Russell Stuart to be     cancelled.
9. A new Debit Card to be issued to the name of Clinton Roy, and an suitable account created for it.
